CareerGraph was born from frustration. Our founder spent years on the hiring side of the table, watching strong candidates get rejected before a person ever read their resumes. Applicant Tracking Systems were silently filtering them out.

At the same time, we saw talented people spending hours on resume formatting, unsure if their resume would pass ATS filters. The process was stressful, confusing, and inefficient. We knew there had to be a better way.

In 2022, CareerGraph started as a small side project. We combined machine learning with practical hiring experience to build an AI powered career platform that supports every stage of the job search, from the first draft of a resume to the final interview.

Today, professionals across Canada, the UK, and beyond use CareerGraph to prepare stronger applications, practice interviews, and land roles that fit their skills, at organizations of every size.
